Description des produits
Le TLP182 est un photocoupleur de type à faible entrée CA composé d'un phototransistor couplé optiquement à deux LED infrarouges antiparallèles dans un boîtier SO6.
Étant donné que le TLP182 garantit une tension d'isolation élevée (3 750 Vrms) et une température de fonctionnement étendue (T a=-55 à 125 degrés), il convient aux applications de montage en surface haute densité telles que les contrôleurs programmables.
