Description générale:
Les TLP624, -2 et -4 sont constitués d'une diode émettrice infrarouge couplée optiquement à un phototransistor.
Le TLP624-2 propose deux canaux isolés dans un DIP en plastique à huit broches, tandis que le TLP624-4 fournit quatre canaux isolés dans un DIP en plastique à seize broches.
