Description générale:
Le TLP188 est constitué de phototransistors couplés optiquement à une LED infrarouge. Le TLP188 est logé dans un boîtier SO6 (4 broches) très petit et fin qui garantit un fonctionnement à haute température (T à=110 degrés maximum). Grâce à la tension de claquage élevée entre le collecteur et l'émetteur (VCEO=350 V), le TLP188 convient à une utilisation dans les automates programmables (PLC) et les appareils électroménagers, notamment les climatiseurs.
