Description générale:
Le TLP183 est un coupleur à phototransistor de type à faible entrée qui consiste en un phototransistor couplé optiquement à une LED infrarouge dans un boîtier SO6.
Le TLP183 garantit une tension d'isolation élevée (3 750 Vrms) et une large température de fonctionnement (T a=-55 à 125 degrés).
Le TLP183 est plus petit que le boîtier DIP, il convient aux applications de montage en surface haute densité telles que les contrôleurs programmables.
