Description générale:
Le PS2913-1 de NEC est un isolateur à couplage optique contenant une diode électroluminescente GaAs et un phototransistor NPN au silicium dans un seul boîtier pour les applications de montage à haute densité. Ce dispositif est logé dans un boîtier à broches plates ultra-compactes qui permet une réduction de la surface de montage d'environ 30 % par rapport à la série PS28XX
