Le PS2705-1 est un isolateur à couplage optique contenant une diode électroluminescente GaAs et un phototransistor NPN au silicium. Le dispositif est monté dans un SOP (Small Out-line Package) en plastique pour les applications à haute densité et possède un effet de blindage pour couper la lumière ambiante.
